Raymond Probyn, now known as Jason
Jason embarked on his journey in London amidst the tumultuous times of World War II. A child of an era where children were expected to be more seen than heard, he grew into a thoughtful and socially active university student.
Life's twists led him from Raymond to Jason during a transformative period in his life, marked by a brief but intense marriage and its subsequent end. In the wake of these personal changes, Jason emerged, committed to living a life full of adventure, independence, and truth-seeking.
For over three decades, Jason, alongside his partner Del, has been at the helm of the most beloved beach resorts in Boracay Island, notably the acclaimed Nigi Nigi Nu Noos “e” Nu Nu Noos. Their success story doesn’t end there; Jason’s adventurous spirit steered him towards the seas, captaining the Tamarind, a vessel inspired by the legendary Joshua Slocum’s Spray, which sailed around the globe.
His latest venture, however, reaches beyond the ocean to the stars. The Cosmo Lounge is Jason’s brainchild, born from months of passionate effort. This observatory houses a 20-inch reflective telescope, a prized possession and the largest of its kind in the Philippines, offering guests a unique gateway to the cosmos on a grand screen.
